Horizontal Auger Boring With the use of our Horizontal Auger Boring Machines, we can safely install services under roads, railways, driveways and other structures without disruption caused via traditional trenching methods.
Pilot Tube Microtunnelling Our Pilot Tube Microtunnelling Machine is capable of installing services to a much higher accuracy than standard Auger Boring, particularly useful when installing sewer and stormwater lines.
Open Face Tunnelling / Pipejacking AHA Boring are specialist in the Trenchless Installation of Concrete Jacking Pipes up to 3000mm in diameter and lengths exceeding 100m Jacking.
Welding and Fabrication A fully equipped fabrication workshop allows us to design and fabricate custom trenchless equipment and machinery as well as provide an additional service to customers.

Trenchless Equipment

AHA Boring own and operate the most up to date Auger Boring Machines, Open Face Tunnelling and Pilot Tube Machinery available and have the ability to fabricate custom machinery to suit any specialized project requirements.

  • Multiple Horizontal Auger Boring Machines , Bore capacity up to 1829mm in diameter and over 550 tonnes of thrust
  • Pilot Tube Microtunnelling Machine, capable of high accuracy trenchless installations
  • Multiple Hex Driven Augers from 300mm up to 1829mm Diameter and Cutting heads for soft soils through to hard rock
  • Open Faced Tunneling Machines/Shields from 1200mm – 3000mm

  • Volvo Prime mover with 13m Step deck trailer and float trailer
  • Multiple support vehicles for site (mine / gas site approved with IVMS tracking)

  • Site generators, welders and specialised dewatering pump systems
